I've been trying since 2009 to try and come up with a perfect design for the TYPE-SIREN. These are just some of the random assorted drawings of it. I have the basic shape down, but not the fine details...
The original first one is on the top right, and my newest sketch of it is on the bottom right.
What fine details are you after? The only ones I noticed that might be lacking were in some of the joints, but everything else seems pretty finely tuned. I've been watching the "evolution" of the Siren since the first one, and each design has something special about it. The latest one looks tougher and more agile than the previous versions. I did like the sharpness of the first variations, but the latest one is by far my favorite, and looks a bit more...practical -if I could call it that.
Oh no...why!? The legs are my favorite part (closely followed by that sexy torso! )
What kind of legs are you going for? If you want legs that look like they can leap thirty feet and land with enough destructive conviction to make enemies suck on their thumbs in the fetal position whilst wetting themselves...stop right here. You've got 'em.
I understand what you mean, but it's not uncommon for there to be large differences between a 1st gen/ prototype and third or fourth gen unit. It's difficult to comment on your mechs, because I find both the "organic" feel of the original design and the angular, military feel of the newest incarnation very appealing.
