Posting some non-Tempesion stuff. I have a couple compilation sketches that I'll be posting in the next couple of days.
Lately I've been feeling totally out of gas with Tempesion, so it's really welcome and refreshing to be working on another "universe." All of these sketches are concepts relating to a fictional game I've been designing during my breaks at work - complete with a design document
The project for now is simply titled "HN-651."
Here we have some sketches for some different mecha types, each encountered as vehicles for the player to commandeer, order around if occupied and friendly, or run from if owned by hostiles. I've rendered the Bardel previously, and will more than likely do some more finished versions of the others. The "Tonkin" is a large mobile builder / backpack for the players, storing their precious loot, acting as mobile cover, and fixing damaged structures.
To the right of them is a heavy-duty strong enemy, reffered to as "Bouncers." A heavily cybernetically augmented officer of the Guard, Bouncers are a nightmare for those they choose to harass. Heavily armored on every portion of their body, they are extremely difficult to take down. A hardened AI core located deep in a Bouncer's chest cavity also activates upon the officer's death, controlling the former Guard's body even after death. Because of this, they are extremely hard to put down for good. They're armed with some of the most powerful weapons to be found down in the geofront, usually loaded with hyper-velocity rounds that shred through any type of armor.
