One of many sketches done during the Afterwar by an anonymous Dusk Legion soldier who undertook the guise "Little Artist." It now resides in an ARC museum.

From left to right (speculation from location and team size at the time of NIX2's destruction)-

Grade 1 Markswoman Elesa Torisbe
Grade 1 Rifleman Kosa Torisbe
Grade 2 Riflewoman Norae Listen
Grade 3 Leader Doshen Turabis
Grade 2 Medic Kai Osani
Grade 1 PASuit Jenner Sikisbe -

Posing around the severed arm of a maralyn Seraphim, type NIX. This is believed to be the first seraphim destroyed during the thirteen day siege of the dmargo capital Eno T'Sala.

On the back of the sketch, dmarganese calligraphy was found, loosley translated as "Here we stand . . . . . . Our sacrifices in vain."

The markings in the top right are believed to be the date, though it was made in such haste it remains impossible to decipher.

This is really cool! I love the aged look and the calligraphy, it definitely tells a story, and has a really genuine feel to it.
Also, I read something once about a soldier who sketched a lot; he eventually got transferred to do illustrations for the military, and later he learned that the regiment he left was massacred right after he was transferred. A lot of the soldiers were killed, including the one that took over his job after he left. So drawing pretty much saved his life. XD

By the way, is there a story or comic apart from Sehnsucht for all this stuff, or is it just the various drawings?

Sehnsucht takes place in the same universe, after this Afterwar. As for any other stories, a lot of my art has backstory that relates to Tempesion, but I don't have any other real stories on all this yet ^^;

Not set in stone anyway; I'm currently fleshing out more about my universe so maybe soon? :D
